Specific professional challenge you wanted to work on during the training:
In the frame of my job I often have to do with Dutch-speaking natives. It makes things much easier to understand them and how they think.
What was the result of the course you participated in?:
Great achievement: Now I can talk with natives, understand them better and I improved my grammar knowledge.
How did Dutch Language Classes help you to make progress on your challenge during the training?:
David gave guidance and support at the same time. By discussing topics from various fields (economics, legal world, industry, general culture, intercultural and international topics) he gave me great opportunities to express myself better and better. Field trips to museums, shops, tourist information points and public facilities in Leuven and Brussels were the cherry on the cake: David supported and mentored me going through ‘real life situations’.
How would you describe the training style of Dutch Language Classes?:
Professional, efficient and tailor-made: After David had analysed my needs we always stuck to them. What I found very important is that David has the ability to listen and is only intervening when it is necessary.
What do you find unique in the Dutch Language Classes approach?:
It is David’s high professionalism, his maturity and experience in teaching. At any time I felt inspired by either the topics or the activities.
Why should other Dutch language trainees decide to work with Dutch Language Classes?:
My course with David produced positive results. If I compare that to other courses I took in the past I met a professional and experienced teacher who put me and my needs at the center of interest. To anyone who wishes the same I can warmly recommend Dutch Language Classes.
